Description | In October 2013, a local company Yibin Yilin Group Co., Ltd. was granted an agreement to finance, design, build and operate the Yibin City Belt Expressway in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. Construction commenced in March 2014, and substantial construction had been completed by June 2015. The two way four lane highway had a total length of 37.817 KM and the total investment was RMB 3593 million (US$ 584.85 million). Yilin Group had a 100% stake in the project. A special purpose company Yibin Yili Belt Expressway Investment Co., Ltd. was established to implement the project. Yibin Yilin was granted the job through competitive bidding . |
