The total investment was US$ 2,685.79 million (RMB 16,500 million). The shares of each partner were not reported but media files implied that Yibin Yili had a substantial stake in the project. The 4 lane 130km road had a design speed of 80km per hour. An SPV Yibin Yili Yizhao Expressway Investment Company Limited was established to implement the project. Construction commenced on February 20, 2014. The planned construction duration was 1440 calendar days. |
