Description | The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of sewage comprehensive treatment plant in Yichun Economic Development Zone, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province of China. The total designed treatment scale of the entire project is 130,000 cubic meters/day, which includes a new sewage treatment plant with scale of 100,000 cubic meters/day and the reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant with scale of 30,000 cubic meters/day. The SPV is called Yichun Jingcheng Project Development Co., Ltd and owned entirely by Yichun Venture Capital Co., Ltd The project cost amounts to CNY 626.65 million or $ 91 million. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 25 years. The return mechanism is government payment. Financial close was reached on 10 July 2019. |
