Description | On December 8, 2017, construction of a portfolio of 10 township wastewater treatment plants and associated sewerage collection networks commenced in Yingshan County, Hubei Province. The sponsor was a local private company Wuhan Xintian Damei Environmental Technology Company Limited, which won the PPP contract through competitive negotiation. The total investment was US$ 27.52 million (RMB 185.9468 million). Xintian Damei also needed to operate a brownfield treatment plant. The concession term was 30 years including 2 years for construction. The treatment capacity of the facilities was 14350 tons per day and the length of the sewerage collection pipelines was 138.14 km. |
