Description

The project entails the construction of a 25MW Waste-to-Energy plant in Yingtan, Jiangxi Province, south-eastern China. Total investment stands at ¥553 million $81.99 million). Sponsors of the project are China Everbright International (70%) and Yingtan city-owned enterprise (30%). The facility will be undertaken under build-operate-transfer concession with a contract period of 30 years. Contract awarding took place on 9-14-2018. The plant is designed to have a daily household waste processing capacity of 1,000 tonnes. It will be equipped with two 500 tonnes per day mechanical grate furnaces and a 25MW condensing turbine power generator. It is expected to generate approximately 114 million kW/h of electricity each year. Gas emissions will fully comply with the relevant national standards, with the daily average level of the online monitored gas emissions being superior to the Euro 2010 Standard. Acucomm files
