Description	In January 2014, a local private company Beijing Sound Group won a concession agreement to finance, build and operate the Yining City No. 3 Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yining City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The total investment for the firs phase was RMB 225.71 million (US$ 36.74 million) and Sound had a 100% stake in the project. The total treatment capacity of the first phase of the plant was 25000 tons per day. By September 2015, substantial construction had been completed, according to a media report.
