Description	The proposed investment in Yapi Merkezi Holding A.S. (“Yapi Merkezi,” “YMH,” the "Company," or the “Borrower”) consists of an IFC A Loan of up to US$75 million and an IFC B Loan or Parallel Loan of up to US$25 million for a working capital loan to the Borrower (the “Revolving Credit Facility,” “RCF,” or the “Facility”). The Facility will be in the form of a US$50 million Dollar tranche and a US$50 million-equivalent Euro tranche. The RCF will be used towards the working capital needs of YMH’s 99.9%-owned subsidiary, Yapi Merkezi Construction and Industry Inc (“YMI”). YMI is one of the leading construction companies in Turkey operating in rail-systems. YMI also has interests in concession businesses including Eurasia Tunnel, and Dardanelles Bridge projects. The Facility will support YMI as YMI expands its construction activity in Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey (the “Project”).
