Construction commenced in August 2003. The four companies have an equal stake in the project (25% respectively). The total investment was RMB 214 million (US$ 25.85 million) and 160 million of it was debt from banks. The project came into operation in June 2006. When the contract was signed and when financial closing was achieved were unknown. |
