"General objective: Support sports associations and sports educators in the prevention of sports drop-out of adolescents through the promotion of the “You should stay!” Method: a tool that allows sports educators to develop multisectoral skills to promote healthy group dynamics. Adolescence has very complex specific characteristics. Sports associations and Youth Workers must be trained on the dynamics of this fundamental phase of life to find strategic solutions so that adolescents are stimulated to continue their sporting path. The ""You should stay"" method to prevent sports drop-out in adolescents gives sports Youth workers various multi-sectoral skills, improving their approach to managing groups of adolescents. The method is based on 4 modules, consisting of sports activities, communication techniques, training data, and tools aimed at education: Module 1: The importance of sport for psycho-physical development in adolescence. Module 2: Adolescence as an evolutionary phase. Module 3: Youth worker and his skills between Sport and dialogue. Module 4: Diversified training."
