YOU ENTER IN EU 2 project aims to continue the previous successful experience of Provincia PU as IO of EYE Programme. The objectives of the project are: -to help new entrepreneurs to develop skills and competitiveness through mobility and exchange of ideas/experiences with mature entrepreneurs -to give an international breath to SMEs -to get in contact with innovative entrepreneurial experiences -to get training on the job for successful business -to enter in a European network for finding partners and creating new opportunities -to strengthen cooperation among partners’countries, knowing business/cultural differences. The proposal, developed by 8 partners coming from 6 different countries, does not provide any restriction in relation to economic sector and/or country of origin. However partners intend to pursue a specific aim: to support the development of the << Adriatic Ionian macro-region (AIM) >> and they will give priority to the following sectors: marine and maritime (blue economy), land-sea transport, energy, environment, tourism. Partners will encourage the cooperation among: - NEs coming from emerging countries of the AIM; - experienced HEs, with companies established in more advanced countries. The project will last 24 months and it will be structured in the following work packages (WP): WP1-Management, Networking and Reporting, with activities useful for ensuring a good project management, monitoring and evaluating the project, creating a European network, organising a report system. WP2-Promotion of the programme and recruitment of entrepreneurs, aiming to promote the project and collect candidature of new and mature entrepreneurs (NE and HE) for the exchanges. WP3-Relationships building with activities of data management and analysis and relationship matching. WP4-Relationships Management that includes the activities necessary to prepare and implement the mobility projects, especially giving support to NEs involved.
