Youth Enrichment Center in Dover

under construction

The Youth Enrichment Center is a new project by Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Delaware to create an innovative space designed to expand access to education and mentorship for young people in Dover. The project includes renovating a recently acquired property on Forrest Avenue, transforming an existing garage into a graphic design and music recording space, and adding an outdoor play area with recreational courts and a playground. The indoor facility will feature a teaching kitchen for nutrition education, a learning lab for tutoring and homework help, and a college and career lab for test prep and post-secondary education assistance.
