VIDES International wants to play its part is promoting youth rights and youth voices for a fairer, just, sustainable, supportive and sympathetic EU where discrimination and exclusion are reduced, for the benefit, not only of each individual, regardless of its race, gender, religion, origin, but also of the whole communities. The proposed FPA plan 2026-2027 sets out objectives and activities in line with the objectives of the European Youth Strategy 2019-2027 and contributes to the realization of 3 European Youth Goals. In fact, the overall aim of the organization for the next biennium is to make youth become Champions of Solidarity, to build ties among communities, to share a common sense of belonging and a common set of values for leaving no-one behind. Through a non-formal education approach, youth will be at the core of all the activities as beneficiaries and promoters, being both learners and motivators of changes and multiplayers. In particular, Vides action strives to meet the following objectives: • Empower youth to champion solidarity and inclusion in their communities, and to become engaged and active citizens, • Capacitate youth to become promoters of the integral ecology approach for more inclusive and just societies, at European and international level, • Increase intercultural dialogue and mutual-understanding fostering a common European youth identity while promoting shared values, • Strengthen the capacity of VIDES International and its member organisations in serving youth needs and interests, • Raise VIDES Network visibility and reaching out to new stakeholders.
