Youth HUB - shaping our future together is a project with young people and about young people. It aims to bring together young people to collaborate and develop solutions for the challenges facing their communities and the world at large. It involves creating a physical and virtual space where young people can connect, share ideas, and work together on projects. The project provides resources and support to help young people develop skills, leadership abilities, and networks that will enable them to make a positive impact on their communities and the world. This happens due to the creation of youth HUBs in each of the countries of the consortium, the development of monthly activities with young people in their interest and professional development. Moreover, they are invited to participate in a short course on political analysis and critical thinking where they will acquire new skills, new visions on the idea of what the European Union and its institutions mean. All these ideas and competences will be able to put them into value within a broad activity of analyzing the activity of 5 MEPs from each country, in order to evaluate the promises made in the electoral campaign before May 2024 and the actions and measures taken in this direction, until at the time of analysis. The international aspect and European collaboration will be defined in a mobility in Spain, the place where at least 10 young people from the countries participating in the project will meet and debate all these aspects, analyze similarities and differences in political approach in each country, as well as the European framework of the European Parliament elections. All the activities of the project will be in accordance with the EU Youth Goals and, in general, the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, but also in fulfilling the principles addressed at the Conference for the Future of Europe, such as youth rights, democracy, European citizenship, social justice, jobs, education, climate change.
