Youth Wiki works in line with the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 which has a strong cross-sectoral approach and continuously supports the development and exchange of evidence-based knowledge on youth policies. Our objectives include improving knowledge on youth issues in Europe and promoting the use of the platform to all relevant stakeholders through materials, online promotion and events across the two years of this project. As Irelands National Correspondent we will ensure that: - the content of all 10 existing chapters is consistently updated, - that comparative aspects of the site (e.g maps) are correct and up to date, - that we are present at all meetings with EACEA and take part in all EU wide NC meetings - that new aspects of the site such as Youth Papers The main objective is to provide the involved countries, the Commission and other stakeholders with regular, updated information of youth policies and on the situation of young people in Europe by providing comparable, easy to access information by country and by theme. In Ireland as we are based within the National Agency Léargas we will work with other EU Programmes to ensure synergies and assist with promotion of the site. An example of this is working with colleagues in Eurodesk and presenting the Youth Wiki site to their multipliers (Youth Information Centres). Another example is with our E+ Youth and ESC colleagues in utilizing the relationships already present with Youth Organizations, Youth Work Studies Universities and Government officials in the areas of Youth, Employment, Volunteering, Education etc
