When construction commenced was not released. The total investment was US$ 51.96 million (RMB 328 million) and Kaidi had a 100% stake in the project. A special purpose vehicle, Youyang County Kaidi Green Energy Development Company Limited was set up to perform the project. Substantial construction had been finished by Dec 2012; 87% of the total investment had been expended by Aug 2013. |
