Description	On 29 May 1997, New World Infrastructure (NWI), through its own subsidiary, Sunny Start Group Ltd. signed a 25-year cooperative joint venture contract with Guangxi Yulin Yu Shieh Ltd. for the development and operation of roadways from Yulin to Shinan. The 27.8km dual 2-lane grade 1 Yulin to Shinan highway opened in May 1998. NWI had a 60% equity and profit share in Guangxi Yulin Xinyu Highway Ltd., the new JV company and was to invest a total of US$ 40.4 million as equity and debt. Guangxi Yulin Yu Shieh Ltd. owned the rest of the stake in the project company. None None
