his project is the infrastructure PPP project of the Yumen (special) town in Huangmen City, Anhui Province. It consists of three sub-projects: the Qishui River Stream Landscape Belt of the Qimen County and the Ecological Comprehensive Treatment Project of the Lishui River Landscape Belt. Highway reconstruction project from Wuyiqiao to Heli Village in Men County, and Ligongling Tunnel Project in Liyu, Tuen Mun. (1) Ecological comprehensive treatment project of the Xishui River flowing landscape belt and the Lishui River landscape belt in Qimen County: the landscape belt lifting project stream water flow landscape belt lifting engineering landscape area is about 25,000 square meters, and the total length of the Lishui River landscape belt lifting project is about 4 Kilometers, the landscape area is about 103,000 square meters. (2) The starting point of the road reconstruction project from Wuyiqiao to Heli Village in Qimen County is located in Xitang, Tuenmen County. It passes through towns such as Kouzhen and Yukeng Townships. The terminal is located in Heli Village, with a total length of 13.102 kilometers. (3) Tuen Mun Lixi Ridge Tunnel Project The recommended route of the project is 2.235 Km. SPV is Qimen County Hefei Project Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Hefei City Highway Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd. (90%) and the state-owned Huangshan City Honghong Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (10%). Type of concession is BOT with a contract period of 10 years. Total investment stands at $ 31.61 million.
