Description	In April 2008, China Gas was granted a 30 year agreement to build and operate piped natural gas netowkr in Yunfu City, Guangdong Province through direct negotiation. China Gas owns 100% of the project. A project company, Yunfu China Gas Development Co., Ltd., was established to operate the facilities with a capacity of 28,822 cubic meters per day and 29000 connections. The total investment was RMB 150 million (US$ 21.46 million). The project will be undertaken in three phases and the 1st phase will be finished in 2009. According to the latest information (http://www.gd.xinhuanet.com/dishi/2009-07/08/content_17035669.htm), the project must progress smoothly. However the financial date cannot be identifed. Contract signature date is used instead. Will be updated in the future when the information is released.
