Description | In October 2016, construction of wastewater treatment facilities commenced in Yunnan County, Unfurl City, Guangdong Province. The total investment was US$ 75.61 million (RMB 502.33 million) and the sponsor Chongqing Kangda had a 100% stake in the project. Chongqing Kangda won the contract through competitive negotiation. The total concession term was 30 years including one year of construction. A special purpose vehicle Yunan County Kangda Liangke Environmental Treatment Co., Ltd. was established to implement the project. The project scope was highly wide, covering 17 wastewater treatment plants, 903 wastewater treatment units in rural area, and some habitat improvement facilities. |
