Description	In April 2015, a local private company, Zhejiang Bohua Environmental Technology & Engineering Co., Ltd. registered an SPV, Yunhe County Bohua Water Affairs to implement a Transfer-Operate-Transfer (TOT) contract regarding the Yunhe County Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I, located in Yunhe County, Zhejiang Province. It was reported that Bohua won the work through a competitive bidding process. The concession term was 28 years. The facility was valued for US$ 0.96 million (RMB 5.97 million). The treatment capacity of the plant, which was completed in 2008, was 5,000 tons per day. Bohua had a 100% stake in the project. The same SPV would also implement a Build Operate Transfer contract regarding the greenfiled phase II of the plant.
