Description	The project scope includes the construction of Shangri-La to Lijiang section of the National Expressway in Yunnan Province, China. The works include 118.013 km of new roads and extension of 6.537 km. The total capacity of the project is 124.55 km. Yunnan Lixiang Expressway Investment and Development Co., Ltd. is the project company. Yunnan Province National Expressway Project operates as BOT and the contract period is 35 years. The private company that secures 90 % of the equity is Yunnan Construction Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. while the rest is covered by Yunnan Transportation Development Investment Co., Ltd. with a 10 % participation. The rest of the finance is provided via loan. The total investment amount is $ 2987.13 million.
