The developer was a local private company, Dynavolt Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd., based in Guangdong Province. The capacity of the power plant was 30MW. The total investment was US$ 43.36 million(RMB 270 million), and Dynavolt had a 100% stake in the project.
