Description | TKF has secured a contract from Vattenfall and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners to design, engineer, manufacture, test, and supply approximately 162 km of 66 kV inter-array cables for the first phase of the 2 GW Zeevonk offshore wind project in the Netherlands. The contract includes the use of low-emission and recycled materials to reduce environmental impact. The project is located roughly 63 to 84 km off the Dutch coast near Bergen aan Zee and will be developed in two phases, with the first phase delivering 1 GW by 2029 and the second phase adding 1 GW plus 500 MW system integration capacity by 2032. |
