Description | US energy infrastructure company Zenith Volts Corp (ZVC) has received county approval to build a 1.25-GW-plus data centre powered by a hybrid system, including solar, in New Mexico. The project will be constructed on a 300-acre facility within an 8,500-acre site about 20 miles south of Roswell. It will integrate on-site solar, natural gas generators, modular solar-thermal hybrid systems, a 250-acre battery energy storage system, and geothermal cooling. The project is expected to create 140 full-time jobs and become fully operational by November 2027. Zenith Volts is engaging with technology companies, cloud service providers, and AI innovators to join as anchor partners. |
