Description	The project entails the development and operation of a 50 MW wind power farm located near Karachi. Zephyr Power (PVT.) Limited is the special purpose vehicle that is implementing the project on behalf of the sponsors - Khaleeli Family Members (19.28%), Sadek Dossa and Dossa Cotton and General Trading (Pvt.) Limited (13.1%), Industrial Shareholders (20.9%) and CDC Pakistan Power Projects Limited (46.72%), which is a subsidiary of CDC Group. Power generated at the farm will be offtaken under a PPA. The financing includes PKR 4.26 billion ($40.45 million) loan provided by CDC Group ($9.9 million), Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) ($20.65 million) and United Bank Limited of Pakistan ($9.9 million).
