Description | Beijing Herocan Environmental Engineering Tech Co. Ltd signed an agreement in September 2007 to rehabilitate and operate a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 43,000 cubic meters per day in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Herocan established a project company, Huzhou Nanxun Jiacheng Co., to operate the facility for 50 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 102.48 million (US$ 13.47 million) including RMB 63.48 million (US$ 8.34) for rehabilitation. Herocan owns 100% of the project. |
