Description | Dalian Dongda Group signed an agreement in Jun 2008 with Zhuanghe Municipal Government to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 30,000 cubic meters per day in Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Dalian Dongda would operate the facility for 20 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 52.47 million (US$ 7.51 million), and Dalian Dongda owns 100% of the project. |
