Description	This project involves the expansion of the existing capacity of the Zhuanghe Port, located in Zhuanghe municipality, Liaoning Province, China. This expansion includes the construction of two berths - 205 and 206 (10 thousand ton and 5 thousand ton multi-purpose berths) and ancillary facilities, located in the Jiangjunshi operation area of Zhuanghe Port. The Zhuanghe Municipal People's Government authorized the Zhuanghe Municipal Transportation Bureau as the project implementation agency. The transfer-operate-transfer (TOT) contract is for a period of 20 years. The special purpose vehicle - Dalian North Yellow Sea Cold Product Terminal Co., Ltd., is responsible for the financing, investment, transfer, operation, maintenance and transfer of the management rights of the existing assets of the project. The sponsor is Dalian Huanghai Port Co., Ltd.
