The project comprises the operation of a sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 120,000 m3/d, located at Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hannan District), Hubei Province, China. The winning bidder of a 30-year concession is Wuhan Chegu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The period starts on 21 Nov 2024. The implementation content is to provide operation and maintenance services for the sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 120,000 m3/d, as well as daily maintenance and repair of the coarse screen room and water inlet pump room, fine screen room and oil removal and grit tank, regulating tank, factory roads, water supply, drainage and greening and other buildings and facilities and equipment. The investment of the cocessionaire is $97.6m or 700.5 million yuan, and the debt part is $78m or 560 m yuan, received through bank loans.
