A local private company Anhui Guozhen Environmental Protection Science & Technology Co. Ltd. was selected as the winner following a competitive selection process. This is a 5 year management contract. Guozhen’s offer is RMB 15949469.00. The facility has a treatment capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day. The plant came into operation in October 2009. The term of the management contract is still unknown. |
