Description | The project involves the expansion on a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model of Zibo Northern Waste Water Treatment Plant, located in Licheng District of Ji’nan City, Shandong Province of China. The project has a total designed daily waste water treatment capacity of 20,000 m3. The sponsor China Everbright Water Ltd entered into an agreement with the Management Committee of Shandong Zibo Economic Development Zone. The concession period is 30 years (excluding construction period). The project cost is approximately CNY 83 million or $ 11.79 million.
