Description	In May 2015, a consortium of a private company Chengdu Mutao Investment Company Limited and a SOE, China Railway 10th Bureau won a bid to finance and operate the Zizhong High Speed Rail Area Highway Connection and Associated Facilities in Zizhong County, Sichuan Province. The total investment was US$ 64.25 million (RMB 420 million) and the consortium had a 100% stake in the project. Construction commenced in July 2015. The concession term was 20 years.
