Description | The Zobis Industrial City is a proposed multi-sector industrial and commercial development in Anambra State, Nigeria. It aims to boost manufacturing, attract investment, and create thousands of jobs. The project includes more than 15 industrial and commercial facilities such as cable manufacturing plants, copper processing facilities, switchgear and PVC factories, a research and development institute, residential quarters, and integrated logistics infrastructure. The industrial city will cover approximately 94 hectares with a built-up area of over 800,000 square metres and is expected to create more than 15,000 direct jobs in its first phase. |
