Zopkhito Antimony-Gold Project Acquisition and Development

under development

Krakatoa Resources Ltd has restructured its acquisition terms for the Zopkhito antimony-gold project in Georgia, focusing on staged investment tied to development milestones rather than upfront payments. The project aims to advance drilling, technical work, and validation of historical data to convert it into a JORC-compliant resource. The company is also assessing gold mineralisation to enhance project economics and is undertaking de-risking activities including metallurgical test work, environmental baseline studies, economic modelling, and mine design work with a potential pathway toward development within 2-3 years.
