Description | Το φυσικό αντικείμενο της παρούσας υπηρεσίας στοχεύει στην αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων της καθημερινότητας στο σύνολο των κοινόχρηστων χώρων και κατασκευών στο Δήμο Α.Α.Κ., με σκοπό τη διατήρηση της καλής λειτουργικότητας, της αισθητικής, της ασφάλειας και της προσβασιμότητας στους δημόσιους χώρους, και εν τέλει τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής των κατοίκων και την ενίσχυση της περιβαλλοντικής προστασίας. Το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αφορά στις εργασίες συντήρησης, επισκευής και αναβάθμισης των υφιστάμενων κοινόχρηστων χώρων και κατασκευών εντός των διοικητικών ορίων του Δήμου (πλατείες, πάρκα, παιδικές χαρές, πεζοδρόμια και πεζόδρομοι, ανοιχτοί χώροι, χώροι άθλησης, κοινόχρηστοι χώροι και κτίρια/κατασκευές συνολικά), με την προμήθεια των υλικών. |
