Description | ● Material Specification and Quality Control : o Product : 1 / 2 " Crushed Rock suitable for chip sealing . ● Quantity and Stockpile Guarantee : o Total Quantity : Up to 3 , 000 tons . o Inventory Affirmation : Pickup may occur at any time if the item is available ; however , the material shall be available for pickup no later than June 1 , 2026 . ● Pickup Requirements : o Proximity : The responsive bidder must provide a loading facility / location within 30 miles of Uintah County ’ s storage site location . o Pickup Method : Material will be picked up by Uintah County . o Justification : The award is to be based on the financial savings to the county arising from the additional labor and equipment hours required due to increased travel times . ● Pricing Guarantee : o Price shall be honored throughout 2026 . |
