This is an Executive Leadership program focused on the strategic and tactical Executives ’ need to be energizing , empowering , and motivating leaders . This highly engaging and interactive program will ensure these leaders have a positive and profound impact on themselves , their teams , and their organization . - will conduct one - on - one virtual interviews with each participant before the first class on March 26th . This will be a ½ day event ( covering two topics ) on March 26th , 2026 . It will be followed by three 90 - minute live virtual sessions held on April 16th , May 21st , and June 18th , 2026 .
