SKI udbyder et dynamisk indkøbssystem for AV-løsninger og accessoriske varer og ydelser(02.70 AV-løsninger). AV-løsninger defineres som nyt eller brugt AV-udstyr og accessoriske produkter og/eller ydelser, der kan anvendes i et eller flere sammenhængende systemer. AV-udstyr defineres som hardware og/eller software, der producerer/fremviser/afspiller lyd, lys, billeder og/eller video. Det fremgår afudbudsmaterialets bilag C hvilke produkter og ydelser, der kan anskaffes i systemet. Det dynamiske indkøbssystem indeholder to kategorier (angivet som delaftaler under afsnit II.2) En ansøger kan vælge at anmode om optagelse i en eller begge kategorier og optagelse sker separat for hver kategori.
