The Department of Homeless Services (DHS) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify vendors to provide food services across its shelter system in all five boroughs. Selected vendors will be responsible for delivering prepared meals to a substantial population of adults and children living in temporary housing facilities throughout the City of New York. The contract is expected to span three years, from  July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with one option to renew for an additional three (3) years.Anticipated Contract Term:  7/1/26-6/30/29Anticipated Funding: $ 47,726,267.04Anticipated number of contracts: 1Questions regarding this RFP must be transmitted in writing to the Agency Contact Person at ACCOContractPlanning@dss.nyc.gov.
