Materials : Drain aggregate shall be clean , washed , and free of excess fines per gradation shown below . Successful bidder must contact Street Superintendent for field inspection of drain aggregate prior to purchase . Street Superintendent must approve drain aggregate proposed for sale . The following criteria will apply : a . The city will haul the drain aggregate from the bidder ' s stockpile as needed from May 12 2026 , to October 3 , 2026 . b . The bidder ' s stockpile shall be located within five miles of the Missoula City limits . c . The bidder shall load the drain aggregate into the city trucks during the city workweek as required by the city . d . Payment shall be made on a tonnage drain aggregate loaded and hauled basis .
