Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, parts and labor necessary to remove and replace Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Cameras & Systems as required in the Statement of Work (SOW), to include Digital Video Recorders (DVR's), Cameras, Uninterupted Power Supply (UPS), Power over Ethernet (PoE) Switches, and Monitors in 10 Dormitory Buildings. Contractor will use existing Cat 6 cables. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought, either before or after closing date. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmith) with a Small Business Standard of $25 Million dollars is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future requirement. FE Warren AFB is conducting market research to identify potential sources that have the ability to meet the requirement in Attachment 1- Statement of Work (DRAFT).
