Amendment 1 – The purpose of this amendment is to address and clarify the questions that were submitted . Please refer to the attached Questions and Answers document for full details . This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services , prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12 . 6 and supplemented by the information contained in this notice . This announcement serves as the only solicitation ; quotations are hereby requested , and no separate written solicitation will be issued . Quotes shall refer to Solicitation Number W911RZ - 26 - Q - A004 . This requirement calls for corporate level training on avalanche safety , backcountry snowmobiling , and planning methodology , rescue and rescue systems used during Military Winter Operations ( MWO ) as defined in the PWS . The dates for the contract are 02 / 02 / 2026 to 02 / 20 / 2026 . The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract . Contractor shall provide instruction and certification for AIARE Level 1 and Level 2 and be able to facilitate a level 1 , 2 , and 3 movement and maneuver course . Additionally , the contractor shall have AIARE Level 1 and 2 and Avalanche rescue courses , hold an A3 Pro 1 certification , AIARE Instructor Course ( ITC ) and have a minimum of 5 years as an instructor . This training must take place in or aroud Whitefish Montana . In accordance with the PWS . The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation , either before or after the closing date . In the event the Government cancels this solicitation , the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror ( s ) for any cost .
