Projektet udbydes som hovedentreprise og omhandler helhedsplanen for DAB-Lejerbo, Afdeling 102-Manøvej, beliggende på Manøvej 26-62,66-104 i 4700 Næstved. Helhedsplanen beskriver de udfordringer, der opleves i bebyggelsen. Ud fra helhedsplanen er der udarbejdet Skema A, som er godkendt af afdelingen, Landsbyggefonden og myndighederne. Entreprenørens arbejder omfatter udførsel af helhedsplan, indeholdende indvendig og udvendig renovering af 8 boligblokke, samt et nyt fælleshus.
