This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 237110, water and sewer line and related structures construction with a small business size standard of $45M. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the following address: 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af. mil A site visit will be held on March 19, 2026, at 10:00 am. All attendees will meet at the civil engineering building (bldg. 25), 1 Air National Guard Road, Scotia, NY 12302. Interested parties should email 109.aw.fal.msc.contracting@us.af.mil confirming their intent to attend the site visit.
