NZTA seeks qualified partners to provide assessment solutions supporting recruitment across all role levels. Required services include:• Outsourcing stages of volume recruitment (such as application screening, video interviews, and virtual assessment centres)• Psychometric assessments (ability, personality, learning agility)• Assessment via competency-based interviews and use of existing NZTA and off-the-shelf business simulation exercises (exercise design is excluded from this RFP)• Assessment reporting and feedback for senior leadership and executivesNZTA seeks established providers with proven expertise in delivering assessment solutions across all role levels*. Providers must demonstrate capability, experience, and use valid, reliable tools and methodologies. Innovative approaches are welcomed, provided they align with best practice standards.*For ease, the levels of role are categorised as follows:• Category 1: Volume (graduate, contact centre)• Category 2: Individual contributor (experienced hire)• Category 3: People leader• Category 4: Senior leader• Category 5: Executive/C-SuiteSuppliers can opt which category they would like to submit a proposal for; one category, three categories or all.
