Description | The Project includes the following Work : Reconstruction of the intersection of 13th Street and 31st Avenue . The intersection is currently offset and is being reconstructed and realigned with a single lane roundabout . The northern and western legs of the roundabout are urban typical sections , while the southern and eastern legs will transition into rural typical sections . This reconstruction will also require sections of water main and sanitary sewer main replacement and the installation of new storm sewer main . The roundabout will be asphaltic concrete pavement with concrete pedestrian ramps , truck aprons , and drainage flumes . |
