The project consists of roadway improvements including the construction of a single lane roundabout at the intersection of SE 15th Street and Furguson Road , the repaving of SE 15th Street from approximately 400 ’ south of Chloe Lane to approximately 275 ’ north of SE King Hezekiah Way and the construction of a shared use path from the intersection of SE 15th Street and Ferguson Road to the intersection of SE 15th Street and SE Iron Horse Lane . The Work includes roadway surfacing , concrete curbs , sidewalk , driveways , medians , pavement markings , storm drainage , right - of - way and landscaping improvements , and additional items as detailed in plans to complete the project |
