Description | The construction of a parallel stormwater main to facilitate the conveyance of stormwater to the 14th Street Outfall . Improvements generally consist of larger elliptical pipe installation from 2nd Avenue north along 15th Street , connecting to the existing stormwater system at 14th Street . Components will also include larger stormwater junction boxes , secondary stormwater piping and structures to accommodate surface runoff collection , water distribution system relocation , sanitary sewer relocations and conflict boxes , erosion control systems , paving , stormwater management during construction duration and other incidental construction required to install the stormwater improvements . Access must be made available for emergency services throughout construction and for residents at the conclusion of each day of construction . |
