Description | Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zur Erbringung von Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen einer Reputationsdatenbank "ESET Live Grid" und zur Erbringung von Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen einer Analyseumgebung "ESET LiveGuard Advanced" für die automatisierte sowie manuelle Analysen von Angriffsversuchen in Höhe von 10.163.272,20 Euro (netto) bis zu 15.244.908,30 Euro (netto) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. c VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren (ein Jahr Grundlaufzeit, mit dreimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr optional) abgeschlossen. |
