Description | This project will consist of the rehabilitation of 4th Ave N from 14th to 17th St N , as well as the rehabilitation of 17th St N between 2nd and 4th Ave N . 17th St N between 1st and 2nd Ave N and between 4th and 5th Ave N are proposed to be mill and overlay . Bumpouts will be provided at intersections to aid in pedestrian safety and visibility as well as provide a better area for parking . No watermain will be installed under this project , but MPS will be installing watermain in - house in the project area prior to the City contractor coming through . They plan to get out in early April and get a head start . Xcel Energy should not be in the project area , as we asked them to do their work after the City project is completed , or next year . |
